She was Accounting Manager at Mikhon Gaming, Reno Division, for 10 years before she joined Distinction In Design as Accounting Manager, over 10 years ago. Connie brings an impressive total of 33 years of experience in accounting to DID.

Art Director
Kevin Cole, Art Director, has over 20 years experience starting as a lead designer for an advertising agency, also an Architectural & Interior Design firm. He started with D.I.D. in 1999 and became DID’s Art Director in 2003. Kevin is highly skilled in the artistic media, computer design programs and platforms currently used.

Estephanie Tittle, Marketing & Design Coordinator, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area started as a designer in San Francisco. She has amassed over 20 years of combined design, marketing and public relations experience. Working with many companies from California and Nevada graphically developing their image and customer base.

Richard Gonzalez
Production Manager
Eighteen years ago, Richard Gonzalez started working in the electrical department of A&D Signs / Casino Signs-North /Mikohn Gaming Corp, eighteen months later he was the Electrical Department Supervisor. Three years later he became the Assistant Production Manager, overseeing 2 shifts and 135 employees. Richard had learned sheet metal, lamination, steel layout design & welding, neon bending, service and installation, and was already a Journeyman Electrician. Richard joined Distinction in Design a little over 11 years ago. For the last six years Richard has utilized his vast sign construction experience and obtained a C-6 Contractor’s license when he became Production Manager at Distinction in Design.
